The living room
The gas fireplace turns on with a switch and stays the heart of the house all evening. Deep seating, warm lamps, a basket of blankets, and games within reach — guests say they settle in “instantly.”
The kitchen & dining
A genuinely stocked kitchen: gas range, full cookware, spices, oils, coffee, tea, and the famous cocoa bar. The table seats your whole crew for breakfasts and board games. Guests call it “totally stocked — we didn’t want for anything.”
Three real bedrooms
Primary queen upstairs, a second bedroom with two twins (we’ll convert them to a king on request — just ask), and a quiet lower-level queen. A daybed downstairs adds two more twins, and a pack-n-play is ready for the littlest traveler. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
Two full bathrooms
One up, one down — group mornings just work. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels, and spa robes for the hot-tub commute.
The backyard: hot tub + firepit
A private, fully fenced backyard with the two stars of every review: the hot tub (soak under actual stars) and the gas firepit ringed with Adirondack chairs under string lights. Robes, towels, and s’mores energy provided.
The game room
Downstairs: a full-size shuffleboard table guests call “epic,” a big smart TV with streaming, and room to sprawl. Rainy-day plans and post-dinner tournaments, handled.
Cruiser bikes & gear room
Free cruiser bikes in the shed make downtown, the river trail, and brewery stops an easy pedal. The gear entry with boot-drying room (“a game-changer” — Kara, March 2026) swallows skis, boots, and wet layers.
Work-from-Bend setup
1-gig fiber Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk with external monitor, mouse, and keyboard. Take the call, hit deadline, then go soak. Coffee shops are a 5-minute walk when you need a scene change.
For the little ones
A dedicated playroom with teepee, toys, books, and puzzles — plus high chair, pack-n-play, and toddler utensils already here. Parents pack lighter; kids claim the lower level immediately.

What guests say about the house
The house was absolutely beautiful, instantly comfortable, and truly felt like home. We made so many special memories with our family there and can’t wait to come back!
Perfect for our quick ski getaway. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and to-go lunches before heading to Mt Bachelor (only 35 mins away). The hot tub was perfect for post skiing.
The house was very cozy and extremely clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of room for the 5 of us. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
