How rates work
Nightly rates vary by season, demand, and length of stay — summer weekends and holiday ski weeks run higher; spring and fall midweeks are the quiet-Bend bargain. Rates are professionally managed and updated daily, so the price you see when you check your dates is current and accurate.
Booking direct is the best price available. Listing platforms add their own service fees on top of our rates; this site doesn’t.
- Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekdays, 3 nights on most weekends.
- Cleaning fee: one transparent flat fee, shown clearly in your total before you pay — it covers full professional cleaning, hot tub service, and fresh linens, towels, and robes.
- Taxes: Oregon and City of Bend lodging taxes are itemized at checkout.
- Currency: everything is quoted and charged in USD.

Cancellations
